Thank you Kevin Huerter!

Thanks for the Beam year Kevin!!

His shooting certainly took a hellacious plunge, but the dude always gave it his all when he was on the court (unlike another player who just got traded), so also thank you for those random highlight blocks and tough rebounds you'd still get even when the shot wasn't falling!

Good luck finding your shot again in Chi!

Thank you Kevin for helping us break the drought! Gave us some great memories, that crowd pop when he hit the shot against Utah is arguably the loudest I have heard in a regular season game.

Thanks for the memories, especially your first year here! I hope you find your stroke in Chicago!

Word of advice, embrace the sniper off the bench role. If you do, you will have a very long career.

Best of luck Red Velvet!

His shooting took a plunge after Brown started jerking him around, the game became more Fox centric when he began shootings 3s, and then he became identified as the first man out the door in any trades.

I forgive him for this especially since he picked up his defensive intensity and tried to be a better two way player in response. Which may have also harmed his 3pt shot.

I hope he brings back the headband. I liked him a lot. I hate that he became a scapegoat. Seriously kill it in Chicago.

Thanks for helping light up the Beam Team, Kev! Good luck in Chicago - hope you get back to splashing those 3's.

As president of the Huerter fan club on the forum, will miss his game, just unfortunately was the most obvious "change of scenery" guy we've seen in a while. He improved his overall game the past 2 years, even when his shot really started to falter. Got better defensively, got better on the glass.

Some team is going to get a good one once he figures out what's going with the shot.

I remember him staying in Sac his first summer here and working hard on his game. Was super excited to see what he’d do. Year 2 maybe we get back to the playoffs if he stays a hot shooter or improves. But I don’t think it was for a lack of effort or care about the team. He was a great contributor and never complained even when he went to the bench. He’s forever part of Sacramento lore as a key piece of the streak breaking Beam Team. Maybe a change of scenery is what he needs and I hope he gets his career back on track in Chicago. He’ll certainly look good in red.

I can’t wait for Kev to turn it around. I’m 100 percent confident he will and you know Chicago would be a good place to do it. If I remember correctly they lead the league in attendance

The most positive aspect of Huerter's game was his willingness to give his best effort every time and all the time. It is not reasonable to ask a player to do more than he/she is capable of mentally and physically achieving.

One more thing that might help for Kev to turn in around is that Bulls shoot very well from the distance as a team. They take lot's of threes too. Spacing is very nice, ball moves. It's not the same as to be "designated three point threat" as was with the Kings.
Bulls fans want to tank, but properly. If they win, like last game 133-124 against good Heat team, but their young guys play well - that's OK :)
Man, last game rookie Buzelis went 10/10, 4/4. All his makes were a beauty. Buzzer beating three with the non-called foul, 2 dunks and 4 exceptional drives and finishes at the rim. One drive was like I never seen before. Matas is a righty, gathered the ball in the right hand, hooked it over defenders head, placed ball in the left hand and finished at the rim. Crazy.
