Ok 6th forgive me if I am a little harst just be careful. Justifying having that cig can lead to a reoccuring problem I know from experience. Quiting smoking is one of the hardest things to do. You just got to be careful and not justify smoking even if you are going through a hard patch in life. Smoking is a health risk so just be careful. Think about what you did and realise it was a mistake. Treat it as a mistake and learn from it is the best possible way of dealing with it, in my experience anyways. When I quit smoking I thought that it was the last time I would a have one of those nasty things in my life, but one day, 9 months later, a terrible thing happen to me. At that time I did not know how to deal with so I went back to my old habits and that included smoking. It was a mistake in my life falling off the wagon sort of thing. I used smoking as a justification and tool to help me through it. Later on(6 months after I started again) I realised that smoking become one of my problems and not one of securities that helped me though the problems I face. Once I realised it I quit again and I have not look back since. So I hope you keep that in mind when life throws you a curve. I hope this is helpful
