Law of averages says Suns likely won't shoot as well in the fourth as they did in the third. That was just ridiculous. They raised their percentage from 40 to 50 practically in one quarter.

Doesn't look like it.:(
You can't blame him for the easy baskets Nash gets off of screens. For the most part he's taken away Nash's penetration game which is hard to do. Nash has all those assists because the Suns shot the lights out in the third quarter from outside.

You know, watching the game I thought Nash has played horrible. But then looking at the stats, it seems like he had a pretty good game. I always thought Nash was overrated in Dallas. Which makes me wonder how much of it is the player and how much of it is the system. Nash is a good player, no doubt. He usually picks his shots well and he's a great passer, but if he can get double digit assists this easily, those numbers don't look as impressive to me anymore.

When the Kings were running, they were outplaying the Suns. The Suns looked slow. The Suns aren't running the ball much in the second half, what they're doing is setting up in the half court and passing the ball until they get an open three. Which they don't miss.

My suggestion: Bibby, stop shooting the ball. You're cold. Get Ron more touches. Good things happen when he's had the ball down low.

This is just wow. WOW!

I remember when I used to go "WOW!" after a win. Never thought I'd say that in a loss. I don't know even where to start. WHat is going on?

That was our game. We were dictating the flow in the first half, and then we gave it away. Bibby can't hit anything right now. Which wouldn't be a huge problem if he'd just stop taking so many shots. Salmons played so well today, I'd almost like to see him moved permanently into the starting lineup. Kenny Thomas had a good game too though, and you can't play small ball against everybody. Ron looked healthy and he was all over the place defensively causing havoc in the first half. Sort of disappeared after that though. Martin looked agressive, I hope he's not too hurt. We were reading Phoenix's passes in the first half and taking them away. In the second half they spaced the floor out better and we were unable to adjust. That's a tough team to guard. Our offense still looks pretty terrible though. If we'd put them away when we had the chance in the second quarter this might have turned out differently, but we weren't making anything. I still think Ron needs to get the ball more. He was very effective when he did have it, getting to the line or passing out of the double team.

Artest stopped forcing his offense, but Bibby still is.

Also, Brad couldn't play in this style of game. Also, Brad isn't supplying much on either end. We need more from Miller than a glorified Ostertag.

The Kings look best when they go with the 6'7 squad.

Not enough offensie without Martin.
