The Game Thread Dude
I dunno why but I blame Doug Christie.45 on Monday, 35 on Wednesday and just barely over 30 last night. Is it time to start worrying about Isaac?

Let the guy develop more to his game. He needs to come a long way to be able to play adequate defense at the NBA level and he's probably going to need a lot more to his game than post up moves to be successful as well.
Shout out to Crawford as well. Shooting over 50% from 3.
dude is legitimately dominating G-Leaguers right now

He had to have been watching some Bird highlights with that fake pass around the defenders back, lol.
We need more second roundersI think McNair has done a hell of a job picking up un-hyped players that have developed or that you can see could develop into NBA players. Exactly what having a Development League team should be about

We need more second rounders
Honestly, I'd much rather see Monte turn our second rounders into mid to late first rounders, and rely on UDFAs, as Capt. suggested above, to pick up who would've otherwise been our second round picks.Monte has had 8 second-round picks on draft night so far, and he has traded 4 of them away in draft-day trades. And of the 4 seconds Monte did draft, none have stuck so far, and only Queta/Colby have a shot of carving out a career.
Of a possible 7 future seconds, he has already shipped off 4, so we've got a whole 3 left in the till for the next 7 years. Yet we've got Keon Ellis in our rotation and maybe a guy like Isaac Jones or Isaiah Crawford makes some noise in the future. We may be better off relying more heavily on UDFAs than second-rounders in the Monte era.
I don’t mind that the Kings don’t pick often in the second round as much as I mind that they have burned up their entire second round draft stock for no real benefit to the roster.
.
It does seem just as likely you’ll find a good player in the undrafted class than the second round after 31-40.

Teams deplete 5 years worth of second rounders acquiring role players to fill out the roster. Kings burned about half of it just dumping Mitchell, Sasha, and later the player they got in that dump just to stay below the luxury tax.
There's always the red eye.I was hoping IJ would have moved to Brooklyn to join the rest of the team but he was there (another double double based on other highlights).
Was always Team Ellis, not so much Team Jones.
