I loved his last statement in the Q&A session - he gave a dig at the Bee. 
He was saying that their goal was to come up with a plan that works for everyone and would take negotiation, possibly moreso by MSE than anyone else.
He then said something along the lines of getting positive reviews by the Bee may be the hardest part, or at least insinuated it. Sorry, I was in the car and can't remember the exact quote, I was laughing too hard.

His refusal to respond to comments made by "city officials" that the public radio reporter wouldn't identify cracked me up too. And he said the anonymous official who thought this was just for show is wrong. Told the reporter to tell him/her that when they talked to them again. In other words, if somebody has questions or criticisms talk to his face, not behind his back. LOLOLOLOL.
Of course, its embarrassing to have out elected reps acting like kids telling tales out of school. Geez.
Stern is just so smooth and unflappable. Of course, he's the employee of a lot of millionaire/billionaire owners that he has to keep happy. That has GOT to be one tough job!
