still possible
For what??? The Kings couldn't stop them. They had 18+ TO's. Kings didn't play worth effort tonight at all. What a very disappointing game. Had they played with MORE effort, I would be rooting for the Kings till the very end. Unfortunately, I stopped watching before the start of the 4th quarter.

the kings fan in me is incredibly sad this run is over

me as a person am glad..this season has given me multiple ulsers..look forward to more ulsers next year

I am bummed that we lost, but it does not hurt as much as the last few seasons because i actully have HOPE for next season.

I am nervous that we will not resign Adleman, but that is about it.

I BELIEVE that we will resign Bonzi, I BELIEVE that we will get a back up PG to give Bibby a little "rest for the weary." I BELIEVE that we will address our issues at the 5 spot. MOSTLY, I JUST BELIEVE IN THIS TEAM and EXPECT great thins next season.

Do you believe in getting an arena?

actually, even though i hate dallas with a effing passion i change my mind, go dallas to win the series. i would love phx to knock mavs out in the following round. i will not root for any scenario where the spurs advance further than the next round.

LW-VC series award went to Brad Miller closely followed by Mike Bibby

I agree with the Miller part, but not so much with Bibby.

I THINK OUR BIGGEST ISSUE AFTER THE COACHING SITUATION IS BRAD'S SPOT.

We will just have to disagree. I see a team getting outplayed by a better team.
Are we watching the same game? Yes, the Spurs are the defending Champs, however, the Kings have proven they can beat the Spurs. Had the Kings shown up like in Games 3 & 4, the Kings would have won. Instead, they had unforced turnovers and missed free throws. I am very disappointed on how the Kings played tonight.

6 games over .500. New identity. Made playoffs. New franchise player. Took the defending champion to 6 games and outplayed them in 3. Not bad for a rebuilding year.

I'm with you.

Great season.. Good positive turnaround. Love the sportsmanship at the end, the Spurs are a very classy organization and team. Great season. Let's hope they make it a very off-season. Luke Walton Award for the series goes to Brad Miller and it isn't even close... Let's go Kings!

Our team just still has too many weaknesses that an experienced team like the Spurs can exploit. One of the weaknesses is our guys have hardly had any time together like the Spurs.

And the bench of the Spurs is sooooooooo much deeper, talented and more experienced than our bench. Maybe part of the reason the Kings didn't seem to have as much energy is they were just flat out tired. The Spurs could just keep sending in play-off, all-star veterans in waves.

Considering where we were in December/January, I still feel positive about this team for next year. And I'm still a die-hard Kings fan!

(I'm far more worried about Sacramento losing the team.)

i'm excited about next season as well. having kevin martin and ron artest make me excited and if we sign bonzi then that would be great. miller, thomas, and hart got to go. not sure how i feel about rick. i would say get rid of him but who could we get?

I think Bonzi emptied his tank in those two games. He has nothing left. It is just too bad that the Kings two big guns, Brad and Bibby, never did much in this series. Especially Brad who didn't even bother to show up.

this series/season was a plus for the kings:

1.) we know what bonzi can REALLY do
2.) we have a new leader in artest
3.) martin blossomed
4.) we got to see alot of flaws this series that petrie can address
5.) brad played so bad he signed his own ticket out of sac
