According to this, they will be basically swapping the team locations. The Thunder are moving to Glen Falls and the Flames are moving to Stockton.

On January 29, the Calgary Flames were officially revealed as the owners of the Stockton Thunder after purchasing the team from former owner Brad Rowbotham. That day the AHL and the Flames were part of the announcement of the formation of the AHL’s Pacific Division set to begin this upcoming Fall. The ECHL team currently located in Stockton will relocate to the Glens Falls, New York area while the AHL team currently in Glens Falls will arrive in Stockton.
