So fantasy offseason is:

a) Sacto gets to retain the Kings
b) signs Adelman to be the coach
c) signs AK47 to be the starting SF
d) signs Battier to be the backup SF/SG/6th man guy, based on relatinship to Adelman

If nothig else gets done at all, that's a young playoff looking team.

I like (a), but nothing else. Instead of fantisizing on getting over the hill coach and players, I'd rather dream about getting Williams and Irving in the draft. You can trade everybody except for Tyreke, Cousins and Thornton to get it done. Then you'd have the most talented team in the entire league without players on the crest of their decline, or in the case of AK47, a guy who is either mentally weak, physically weak, injury prone, or all of the above.

I think its about time you really said what you think! Quit holding back. Apparently you don't like AK47. But what do you think about Kirilenko?

Actually I'd take a younger, less injured, less shell-shocked AK47 in a heartbeat. And maybe the "mentally weak" part is no longer valid. But when you look at all the pluses and minuses, I'll pass. If we had a veteran team that had a couple of years to get a championship and he was the best of the lot, then I'd go after him.

That has been a dream of mine for a few months now! That team, with Adelman as a coach, will be a play off team. Provided of course that we re-sign both Dalembert and Thornton.

In order for B to take place, I think there needs to be a change in ownership (and its a very remote possibility) and the only possible way that happens is if the A happens.
