Niiice diversion. I am well over the trade. I think Webb put Sacto on the map, but it was time for him to go. That might one day be true of Bibby, Peja, or Brad.

On Internet, you cannot argue against personalities, you can argue only with what was written. Yes, you may have surmised from piksi's history as a poster that he is a Pedja homer or whatever it that you think.

I think that piksi outsmarted you all on this one, because it is the TEAM record in his sig and you're just showing your own biases more then he is.

Really, its a team record in his sig? So why point specifically to Peja? Maybe I'll start my own little running sig where I point out that when <insert favorite player here> leads the team in <insert relevant stat here> the team is like totally the best team on the face of the earth and when <insert player from box a> doesn't lead the team in <insert stat from box b> then the team is at the bottom of the league, should be moved to Vegas, and demoted to the NBDL.

Peja is playing better, thats all I care about at this point. One thing though, the Kings will not go anywhere in the playoffs this year, or next for that matter if Peja can't step up and score at the end of really big games. Thats all I worry about... but at least he's showing signs. This was a big game tonight and Peja stepped up(if only in the first half), even that is an improvement... I hope there will be more.

You will forgive me if I bookmark this posting and paste it the next time when we have trade Pedja thread because he cannot get his own shot, he cannot run offense and he is a pure shooter/finisher? What does that tell yuo? That if the TEAM is playing well and ball is moving Kings style it is reflected in both team record and Pedja's speciality - finishing. I mean, I am supposed to be Pedja homer but even I gave up on the dude ever being able to gice us anything else.

BTW, I don't like piksi's sig precisely because it is ambiguous and missleading, but I have to give it to him - he didn't post Pedja's stats to prove his point (if that was his intention) but he posts team record with Pedja spin.

What this has to do with trade Peja is beyond me. All I know is that I have spent way to much time discussing the ignorant sig. This is precisely why I have ignored it for the last 4 months or so.

It also had to do with his energy level aswell. He lacked alot of energy in the second half of today's game and therefore lost his aggression on offense and defence. Rick has to watch out for that and bench Pedja when he does not bring energy.

Every time trade Pedja threads are started main point seems to be that Pedja cannot do a thing without team behind him. I did not express myself very well, forgive me for that but I was trying to make that connection.

I thought Peja trade threads boiled down to him lacking the fire and aggressiveness to lead a team to a champoinship, not his ability to create his own shot. But I guess this topic is a tangent.
I just commented as I did because the sig is pointless and points to either biases or nievities.

laugh all you want but you did try to put words in my mouth. I hate that. I am probably one of the most unbias(spelling) Kings fans out there when it comes our players. You may not aggree with me at times but I hate when people try imply that I am not.

I don't want to argue about a silly sig, so let me be more direct: piksi has cleverly designed a sig to annoy and you fell for it. It is not as blatant as a player stat line so it allows people to see what they want to see. My argument is that (whether piksi intended it or not) he has given himself an out as Pedja is about the only player on our team that is pure finisher and cannot do a thing without team playing together and moving the ball.

Protesting to the contrary probably just reinforces piksi's determination to keep the darn thing around.

Yes I agree with you that is why Pedja should get some rest when he has no energy in the 4th quarter or not. We need people that play with energy in the second half.
