Just wanted to say "thanks" to Brick for putting together the scouting reports in the sub-forum, above. Obviously will need some updating as some of the rookies get some PT, etc., but a very nice job done of putting these together.

Thanks for the heads up. I had not noticed he did that.. TDOS... I haven't even looked really that mch at the threads in this forum, or the personal moves forum.. Most of the time has been in the lounge :D

Yes, very nice job, and I'm sure a fair amount of work! I was looking for some place to comment, but the threads are locked out from replies. Maybe in the future consider allowing comments, while Brick retains the control over the thread posting and the original posts. Or I guess we could collect comments in this thread here.

Looking forward to some of the young guys hopefully forcing the assessments to be upgraded over time. :)

I think the idea was to keep the scouting reports in a locked forum and start comments here in the Kings Rap forum.

Feel free to be the first, NME.

:)

Scouting reports? TDOS....sigh.

Don't you have to be a scout to offer a scouting report?

Can we get another moderator to re-title the thread as subjective blogger opinion reports?

And why are the threads locked? I want to reply and correct the blatant errors and double speak.

O nevermind, I have already lost interest. :p

Very insightful comments. Thanks.

NE-way, if anyone has some constructive comments or questions, post them here.

Thanks.

In case you didn't notice in Jason Thompson's report (because it was so subtle) Jason is from a small school. :)

is martin really only a 185 lbs!? He's a foot taller than me and is only 20 lbs heavier than me! And I'm not a big guy at ALL! Lol

I should probably point out that at the Orlando pre-draft camp Donte Greene measured out officially at 6'9" in shoes, a pretty far cry from the 6'11" he's listed at in the scouting report. Hey, I'd love for the guy to be that towering, but it just doesn't appear to be the case.

Just going off of the official NBA profile numbers, but he does appear to be growing about an inch at every subsequent level that lists him. He ever makes an All-Star game he'll be a 7-footer. ;)

I think a more reasonable number might be 6'10". That whole "with shoes" things always blows my mind, but he appears to have been wearing the thinnest/shortest shoes in the bunch, and was giving away an entire inch of shoe height to the guys wearing platforms. But in any case, they are officially listing him at 6'11" now, and who am I to argue if he comes out playing in these: :p

Spencer must've lent Donte those shoes from his own combine days (where I think he measured under 6'11" without shoes).

Nice work Brick on the scouting reports, well organized, honest & a little witty.

Two straps means extra ankle support! Hand out the Game Boys to keep the opposition distracted...brilliant!

Was waiting for someone to catch that. Suppose I'll have to take it down now. :p

I saw it. At some point, you just give in to the inevitable. Besides, who knows? The next thing we know, Chad Ford could be using it in one of his pieces.
