scoop Jackson: (3:06 PM ET ) yeah, i think Bibby needs a good backup. I think he plays better when he's not forced to play Steve Nash-like minutes every game. Although i don't think Marcus Williams is a backup pg (unless it's JKidd), I don't see how Quincy Douby is going to help at the point. Unless they think They need some instant offense off the bench, to replace what Bobby Jackson used to give them.

This was nothing astounding as far as analysis goes, but I actually think that Scoop is pretty good, and knows his stuff. He actually comes on with the Rise guys in the morning from time to time. Actually nice to see him writing on a National scale, than just in the Hip Hop heavy slam mag.

yea, like i said in the post before yours, scoop knows his stuff....i loved slam mag, but as soon as he left, i left haha....yea ive heard him on the rise guys, and also see him on rome a lot

Scoop Jackson compared Len Bias to a saint and a martyr, saying that he was annointed by God to play basketball and open our eyes to what drugs were doing... So, I take these statements as I would my 3 year old cousin.

^^What's wrong with that? Len Bias's talents were God-given. If you're a christian, you know God has a will for our lives, and maybe that was Len's.

Scoop is a regular every week on the Rise Guys every Wednesday morning. Hes not bad. He offers a urban midwest perspective to the league. Its somewhat refreshing.
