Sar having knee checked out (again)

The Sacramento bee today says Shareef clearly hasn't fully recovered and traveled to LA on tuesday to have his knee inspected again.

Wow, going to be a ruff 2 more years for him I think.

Can you please include a link if the article is online or more detail, if available?

Thanks.

more for us since he is getting paid no matter what

Its in the newspaper i stated that.

The point is, if there are details, post them. Don't just make a generic statement. That's lazy and uninformative posting. Find a link. Folks who don't get the printed paper may want to see the source material as well.

You got most of it in your summary, but giving a concrete link to a source is better. As is including the info on how many minutes he's played this year and the other (admittedly scant) details in the article.

Thanks. ;)

Okay, back to the topic at hand... ;)

I did notice SAR with Mike Bibby on Monday, up and greeting the players as they came off the court and participating in discussions in the huddle.

My problems with SAR have never been about the type of person or player that he is; my only real complaint is that he's simply not going to help this team get better.

I wish him all the luck in the world and hope that perhaps Glenn is right about the negotiated buy out.

Me too. He seems like a great guy, but, at this point, I have serious doubts about how much he can help this team. If he does get the knee better, and we can't buy him out, hopefully he can be part of a trade deal. If we're stuck with him, I can see him more as a mentor to the younger guys, if he's willing, like maybe Hawes with low-post skills.
