The Kings just have to stick to their game. Don't get into an iso shoot out from 25 feet. The Warriors have always lulled teams into that. The Kings can win that way but they're just gambling at that point. Use the physical advantage and if the defense doesn't completely crap the bed it's a win.
Exactly. We may not have a curry like sniper but they don’t have a Fox. We gotta play to our advantages, not matching and launching 30 footers unless it’s a kickout from the inside.

Actually, that scares me, because it's not super likely to hold.
It's not super likely, but if the Kings play like they have all season, that contribution will come from somewhere. Huerter might get hot. Monk might uncork on the Warriors. Lyles could catch fire all of a sudden. They just need to keep the pace up and hunt good shots early in the shot clock. Spin the Warriors up. Run 'em ragged. Steph's going to be Steph. Make him work as much as you can, and then play with urgency on the offensive end.

There's a hidden benefit to where we're at right now: we've moved past any narratives like "the Kings are a surprise team" or "can the Kings keep up what they've done in the regular season" etc.

The conversation during half among Jaylen and Stephen A was speaking of the Kings as a legitimate contender, of course without any ceremonious occasion. But that's how it happens. You wake up one day and you're taken seriously. I think the Kangz are finally dead. And, more importantly, dead on the inside of the org and players' psyches as well.

These are things that don't get written about, but you know if you've been around. A marked change.

I need this half-time to recover. Feels like watching a heavy-weight fight where boxers are just slugging away at each other.

No notes on the game other than happy to see Keegan get those shots.

I won't say no, but the results of this game will prove it.
