this is just like the warriors game... with all of these 6'6-6'8 players... its hilarious, watching the rockets switch on screens and they are all the same size. battier was on evans and then hayes was on him... its like damn.

reke rushed it on that last sequence, instead of making it a 16 or or 17 point game, it's only 11 now.

Man Atlanta's ballin too. Hope they beat the Celtics. Sorry to any Celtics fans... I despise them.

Edit: Didn't realise they already did

Welcome to Kings basketball baby. This is starting to look less and less like a fluke. We are consistently ripping other teams to shreds on the boards. I am pretty impressed with Westphal's composure, both during leads and also runs by the other team.

I'd like to see coach change the offense a tiny bit, posting up Hawes instead of having him come out to set high screens on every possession. No harm in you know ... playing our center in the post

I'm impressed by everyone right now, everyone except spencer. He seems like he's the only one who hasn't elevated his game since kevin went out.

I think our offensive system doesn't utilise Hawes well enough, it really just relies on him hitting 3s which he hasn't been doing well.

i think that hawes is the one player that plays best with martin. it might be a spacing thing, thompson wants to be in the paint, evans and beno are trying to get to the paint and the only guy that is more than 10 feet from the basket is nocioni. hawes needs a slower paced game. evans, beno and thompson are moving too fast for hawes.

thats true, there havent been any plays called for him... thompson is our scrappy interior player, so hawes is stuck on the 3 point line with nocioni.

Results and the game speaks instead of me....but you can have your own opinion of course!

if we beat some top teams the way we have beaten these bottom dwellers then you can start saying that. if we beat the cavs, magic, celtics or lakers without martin and outrebound them then we can start saying that we dont need martin. this is our 9th game, we have 73 more... 4 of them against the lakers, 2 against the cavs, magic and celtics... the spurs beat us... and we play them 2 more times as well...

you are totally jumping to conclusions because we are beating an undersized team missing 2 all-stars... oddly enough the rockets will be the best team that we've beaten if we beat them...

you now something is wrong when i am the voice of reason around here...
