Rebuild or not to Rebuild?

I have been all for the rebuilding process. I think we should start the young guys, trade the big contracts for exp contracts and draft picks. Yesterday just proved that we need to devepol our young guys for the future because we are not going nowhere right now. Or do u think that we should make more trades to further improve this team in hope of making the playoffs?
