I see bob fitzgerald is in prime mid-season form….Paul doesn’t flop, he sells the call….gotcha
That move was NASTY! My Goodness, what in the world has he been doing with Fox behind the scenes? Talk about an "imprint" on the game lolKeeeeeegan takes Steph one on one with a beautiful 20 foot step-back. Huerter and Keegan off to an awesome start.
he didn’t shoot it well tonight but I’m ok with Keegan’s shot attempts going up and Huerter/HB looks going down. It’s the natural progression of things
The Warriors are annoying, the Lakers were scary.
This.Fox and Keegan leading in shots, the way it should be from here on. Kind of wish they posted him up again, you can't let Curry hide on the mismatch.
I think that respect will be there when the time comes. In preseason, why not test out what JaVale's really got? Alex Len - we pretty much know what we'll get with him right now. I admire his consistency but he ain't great enough to not give someone else a shot in his place for a spell.I would like to know the reasoning why Javale gets the first nod over Len, if we're absolutely set on a traditional back-up 5. Does Len's end of the year not count for anything?
lmao that shot was MONEY tonightI take what I said back. Davion having an ELITE preseason lol
i love this so much. I honestly didn't even think about that as an option, as simple as it sounds, but this also means that Davion has clearly shown Mike Brown that he can put the ball in the bucket with some consistency right now.Really feels like we unlocked something here. Take him out of the ball-handler slot, just fully give the ball-handling/playmaking duties to Domas and put Davion in attack mode.
These Warriors broadcasters are the worst. I know others have said it, but it needs to be repeated.
We would have had over 50 wins this past season, had they created this rule properly the first time. I'll take it though!THEY FINALLY FIXED THE RIDICULOUS CHALLENGE RULE.
Monk will definitely have something to say about this, especially when the games actually matter and count. It's disappointing that we don't have anyone on the floor that's a threat other than Fox at crunch time. Fox can't win going 1-on-5 always. Even in earlier possessions, the players were playing "hot potato" with the ball before it got to Fox.
Mike Brown wasting that challenge and losing a timeout meant we can't advance the ball.
Props to Steph, he did what superstars are supposed to do.
Gonna have to agree with this. It's frustrating enough to have Huerter be cold like this, let alone Barnes doing that thing he does where he's just ... there. I like them as starters but obviously not years down the line. I'm patient because we still have a squad.
Monte sure knows how to pick em. My goodness, that man has an eye for talent and work ethic combined.
My bad, I’d originally posted a different tweet and this is the one i meant to share
Yes sir!!I hate seeing us lose to the Warriors but Keegan is going to be a PROBLEM this season!
I'm officially buying into all the off-season hype about him.
We have a big 3, people!
The Warriors had the lead for a total of 51 seconds in this game.
Curry had to score 13 points in the last two minutes, including a three he missed so badly he banked it trying to draw a kickout foul, and the Warriors got an extra possession when Curry touched the ball while out of bounds and apparently none of the cameras could see it, just so the Warriors could win by 1.
And they blew all their luck on a game that doesn't count in the standings. Fine by me. Just glad I don't ever have to listen to that Warriors announcing team again.
