9 points in a win or go home and some were saying you could be a competitive team with him as your second best player and some called him our best player hilarious

Lmfao I love how everyone was already looking to the grizzlies/warriors. Absolutely disgusting showing from the kangz

Well I don’t feel all that bad to be honest. This was a tough season. Still excited about some of the guys we have and playoff basketball is going to be insane this year. The only thing I don’t look forward to is all the drama and firings and uncertainty

Well, regardless of whose fault it is, we are just not built with the right combination of pieces right now. Circumstances have not allowed us to camouflage this reality, which is a blessing when your are a mid-level team wanting to be better.

I honestly get Derozan is the only reason this game wasnt over at half, but i really dont want to see him back next year. I want to see non ball stoppers out there. This iso ball is awful to watch...
Agree. This team used to be so fun to watch and it was nice to have him as the backup in case we needed scoring but since he's now the featured scorer ball goes nowhere

How do you reckon that this is an answer to the question I asked you?

Because after his first season he was being seen as more than *just* a defensive role player and would have brought in a bigger piece to the Fox/Domas core they had going.

I guess I was more justifying my point than answering your question. Haha

Maybe Jake will stay if we offer him a starting spot? Can’t imagine this end to the season is going to leave him feeling great about the team otherwise. I’m fine rolling with the youth that plays D at this point, and dumping everyone else.

But that's still not the question I asked you. The question I asked you is, since when do teams not need defensive roleplayers?

Also, that "Fox/Domas core" was thought of as a 'core' because it also included Murray.

This Mavs team is acting super tough all night. This is fools gold for Dallas, they’re going to get rolled by an actual play off team.

I think they are better than given credit for. They didn’t have half their roster for most of the season. Everyone is back other than Kyrie.
