1-2-3 Cancún! Kings needed to shave at least 12 points off the deficit by the end of the third to have a chance; 5 ain't gonna cut it.

Held them under 100.

I'm afraid I've got some Bad News!

Is LaVine really trying to protect his FG% in a game that’s not counted? Throw it up
To be fair, guys having absolutely no clue how much time is left on the clock has been a running theme of this team going back to the start of the season.

Got it to 16 twice but couldn’t capitalize. Not going to get back into this with 2 pointers. Gonna need to start getting more 3s up and give ourselves a punchers chance

Yeah, it's really tough to come back down that far because every run break is a backbreaker. This is Zach time, but this season Zach time usually comes up short if it's too late or far down.

Too many iso plays since the trade happened. Keegan not even putting up shots anymore. Christie got away early with running the same plays as Brown. This game is over…

Murray will never be more than a mid defensive role player. Should have traded him after the rookie season tbh
Keegan’s inability to become an offensive force might be the one thing that forever sank the Beam Team from having any staying power. We “ran it back” on the belief he was a star and it just never happened.

In fairness to Monte he didn't bank everything on it. He went after Siakam but they wanted Keegan and Siakam said he wouldnt re-sign. Meh.

We’re just wasting time off the clock every single possession passing up shot after shot in the hope of, I dunno, magically finding a 16 point shot?

This is fair, for sure, but I still say you had to find out. If a player shows what Murray showed his rookie season and you trade him that quickly, you better be right.

Keegan also probably develops more of his offensive game in a situation where he’s not asked to be the 5th option either. And then Kings fans would immediately enter “Why the hell did we trade him?” Mode.

We should have McDermott and Zach out there shooting threes and the rest of the team should get them the ball quickly and play defense
