I can't wait for the regular season! Any word on whether Piksi or Venom7 are going to attempt the game threads? I like to do it, but they are admittedly more practiced. Therefore; they are better at it.

Well, it is piksi's tradition, so it is for him to decide. You may want to be put on a back-up list in case Venom7 cannot fill in sometime.

ryanandty indicated that he wanted to help with piksi's game thread. After talking with piksi via PM, this is the PM I sent to ryanandty:


"ryanandty, piksi does not do pre-season if you want to get some practice in there. Also, his work schedule does not always allow, particularly on back-to-backs.

May I suggest sending a PM to Venom7 and offering to help him as a back-up. For that matter, check and see if Venom7 is planning on backing up piksi this year.
