Omg. How far are you going to try to ride that horse?
Body language? How many games have you attended? NOT watched on TV, but actually attended???
My guess is very few. Why? Because if you had been there in person you would have noticed something very interesting about Pedja and his body language that doesn't always show up on TV. (At least this is what I've heard from two people I trust implicitly who attend virtually every single home game and sit in the lower level, close enough to make valid judgments.) He is interacting with his team-mates and cheering when things go right. If he hasn't looked really happy lately, it might just be because of how things have gone on the court. He ISN'T sitting around dejectedly with his head hanging down and his lower lip out and trembling.
You make him sound pathetic and he is NOT. He's going to feel disappointed because he was RUMORED to have been shopped around? Well, if that's true then he must not have asked for a trade, right? Because if he HAD asked for a trade, how could he possibly be distressed when the team was seeing if they could accede to his wishes?
Pedja may not have been thrilled at first to see Vlade leave, but he's not a whimpering little boy sobbing because his bestest friend in the whole wide world has moved a couple of hours away.
I have a lot of respect for Pedja. I may not see things from his point of view, but that's not important. He has struggled this year on the court and, if anything, I think that could be part of the ongoing problems he's having. He wants to play, he cannot play to his own satisfaction because of injuries more than anything else, and so he gets discouraged. I think that makes as much sense as any of this psychobabble people keep digging up.
