I don't believe all of the dysfunction can be blamed on D'Alessandro alone. From the sound of James Ham's podcast with Bruski, it was a group of different minded individuals all pulling in different directions. All the while, "sources" are leaking all kinds of conflicting information to Woj, Voison, and Jones; the story seemed to change every week. One day Karl was a PDA hire, then he was a Vivek hire, then he was a Vlade hire... it was just insane.
That being said, I would trust Bruski's account because its the most consistent, and in it D'Alessandro definitely has had a hand in the overall front office mayhem. Is that a reason to hate D'Alessandro? I don't think so. He did what he thought was best for the team. But I am still glad he is gone. Clean house of the disparate agendas and start fresh. This dysfunction had to end.
