piksi

Hall of Famer
As usual there is a bad news and a good news. The good one is that Artest O'Niel and Jackson are not there, so the fans coud feel fairly safe going to a game. The bad news is the possibility of Walton being there so

WALTON ALERT

It is not a shame to use the "mute" button
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This game should not be played for the sake of the Kings fans like me. Let's face it - we only need one good quarter to win this one. I assume it will be the third. Everything else will be nervewrecking because Kings will play on cruise control.
Blowout - nothing else. Yes, they will play hard and compeate and no it will not be enough.
We actually might outrebound them - nah who am I kidding ?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

hard to predict anything other than a winner in such a game.

Webber will get a tripple double only if the game is so close that he has to play around 40 minutes. The gon nobody who can guard him. Hope he continues to play like in the reacent games where he did not force it.

Pedja will shoot 50 % but do not expect anything else from him tonight. He will make sure to get out of the way of any rebound/hustle situations where he has to be close to another player.

DC - He might actually not play much tonight - under 20 minutes

Bibby - depending on his ankle - he wants to bounce back from the last 2 games which were not that good. He will not lead the team in rebounding tonight. And - good luck stopping Tinsley's penetration Mike !

Brad will play well against his former team. Doubel double at least.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bobby will be great again because he does not have a cruise control. He will play as usual.

Darius - If enough garbage time - possible double double tonight depending on how seriously our starters play in the first half.

Tag - will not play again (he has done well when I predict this and since it works - why change it.)

Barnes will have a chance to do some more today - will see how he handels being the leader of the rest of the bench

Rest of the bench will play atleast 5 minutes tonight - which I will not watch.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

RA needs to be reminded to sub early enough and not let our starters play in the garbage time.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the pacers will have career night tonight - other than Tinsley.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
As long as there is a possibility for Tolbert to be at the game instead of BW I will remain faithfull. Other than that expect the usual.
The morons in the ESPN studio (except Legler ) will bash the Kings yet again.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's go Warriors. They are due for a victory.

This game has to be a win, probably a blowout too. They have athetlic guys that can attack the paint, and should hang around for a while, but if we just have one 5-10 minute stretch of tough D and forcing turnovers, it's over. Kind of like the Spurs game last year without Duncan.

I completely agree with your assessment here.

I expect to win but human nature being what it is I can see our guys taking them lightly and not going all out resulting in a tight game with us ekking out a win at the end.

Yeah, this seems to happen a lot to the Kings -- we seem to play to the level of our competitor. Hopefully everyone plays well and stays healthy (I listened to the last game on the radio and almost had a heart attack when Bibby went out and then Bobby looked hurt).

Is anyone else over/used to Walton by now?
personally i love Bill Walton..the man is hilarious...in the course of a game he will make me laugh double the amount of times he will pee me off...so he's cool with me...but i totally understand why some people can't stand the man

The foul just called on Chris Webber was very lame. It looked like he shot it, he missed, and the referee just felt lblowing the whistle late on purpose as a joke.

what a first half by webber!!!! making his first 8 shots, he looks great out there. and it's not just the elbow juimpers, some nice hook shots, he looks very good out there. i LOVED that junk where he hung on the rim for a while, i was a little surprised he wasn't T'ed up for that

miller also looks pretty good out there, but he's been blocked at least twice, possibly 3 times that i've counted. only one rebound from a double double. sweet.

WOO HOOO the kings finally on TV for me to watch!!! and i can actually post in the game thread for once!!!!

LETS GO KINGS!!!!!! PUT THIS GAME AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW webber really has it goig tonight. 12-17 for 27 points. that last shot he just made barely rippled the net.

here comes the bench with the kings up 81-56 NICE make that 84, a 28 point lead :D

i want to see k-mart!!!

Just thought I'd pop in to ask if this is the blowout everyone has been waiting for? :D

it sure is 6th :D

i was hoping for a game like this, it's always nice to give webber time off ( for the knee and such) a little rest never hurt any of the starters :D and it's always nice to see flash get a chance to play ;)

lets go bench!!!
