Who is the worst team in the league?

Well, there are a few usual suspects but trying to pin down which is the worst is tricky. I think I'd say the Clippers without Elton Brand look the worst on paper, but they're saying now he won't miss the whole season so that probably shouldn't count. I guess I would rank them like this (starting with the worst):
30. Pacers
29. Twolves
28. Sixers
27. Hawks
After that it gets harder to say. Probably Seattle and Portland (no Oden). The Kings are somewhere in the middle of the pack. Not good enough for the playoffs, but probably in the 40 win range. Considering how unlucky we were with injuries during our contending years, it's probably reasonable to assume we'll have perfect health this year and cruise to a late lotto pick. Yay! (I'm trying to be positive here)
