One thing, why would the bucks trade Magloire?LPKingsFan said:I'm trying to work out a 3-way with the Bucks (Magloire & filler/Chandler & filler/SAR & Skinner) but Chandler's BYC status is killing me.

The Sonics know what we know...Hart is horrible. Right now I would trade Hart for a 2nd rounder in 2010.SacTownKid said:On the Reggie Evans front, apparently the Sonics are looking for a backup PG. Like I mentioned before, maybe Jason Hart could get it done!

Eddie is making like $835,000 this year and is on a two year deal. Get this...Hart is making almost twice what Eddie is making. Hart has a two year deal, but after this year there is a player option. I just hope that his poor decision making carries over from the court to the business side of things and he declines the option. There is no way he's opting out.Wuster said:What baffles me is why the Kings let go of Eddie House, a known quantity who played reasonably well as a backup PG last year, and brought on Jason Hart. Was it a matter of $, or just an error in judgment on GP's part?
Very true, but there is no way that more time would cure what ailes him. He's not good.SacTownKid said:Well, Hart did well last season when he got time. He hardly gets that much time to get into any sort of rhythm. I don't think a lot of teams have as much use for a guy like him as we do as well.
Right now I would trade Hart AND our first rounder for someone's last pick in the second round and sometime in 2100.Diabeticwonder said:The Sonics know what we know...Hart is horrible. Right now I would trade Hart for a 2nd rounder in 2010.

Bricklayer said:I still do it. But it really is tough just because of the terrible job Paxson has done at assembling that frontcourt. 6'8" Sweetney. 6'8" Songaila. 6'9" Harrington. 6'9" Allen. Just piling in midlevel 6'8" to 6'9" guys like you can add them up to a 7 footer.
SacDoug said:Greg Ostertag just got suspended indefinately. How about we trade Jamal Sampson and Corliss Williamson for him. One more player in the King's player rehabilitation program shouldn't hurt.![]()

nbrans said:Trade idea o' the day (as always, works on RealGM):
Kings send Brad Miller, Brian Skinner, Corliss Williamson, Francisco Garcia, Jason Hart to Chicago
Chicago sends Tyson Chandler, Ben Gordon, Tim Thomas, 1st Round Pick to Sacramento
New Kings:
PG: Bibby, Price
SG: Bonzi, Gordon
SF: Artest, Martin
PF: SAR, KT
C: Chandler, Sampson
Why the Kings make the deal: Miller is slow, he can't jump, he can't rebound. Teams are onto his passing ability and jumpshooting and are crowding him to take that away, and Brad doesn't have a remedy. He's 29 years old and is likely at his peak. In exchange for him and 2 out of the Philly 3, and Garcia the Kings get a 23 year old defensive monster along with the most Bobby Jackson-esque player since Bobby Jackson in Ben Gordon. The Kings keep SAR's low post presence and gain rebounding, shotblocking and good one-on-one defense in Chandler. Not only that, the Kings get cap relief in Tim Thomas that they could use to re-sign Bonzi (or use in a S&T), and use the full MLE on a proper backup center without getting into tax territory. And a 1st Rounder. And the Kings get rid of Hart. Yay!
New Bulls:
PG: Hinrich, Duhon, Pargo
SG: Garcia, Basden
SF: Deng, Nocioni
PF: Sweetney, Corliss
C: Miller, Skinner
Why the Bulls make the deal:
Size. The Bulls get an All-Star center in Miller, who could be very effective playing with their youngsters, and a promising defensive-minded shooting guard in Garcia. They get a backup center in Skinner, and Corliss' deal expires after next season, when there will be a promising free agent class. But the real centerpiece is Miller.
ForlornKing said:You have got to be joking. Take out Gordon and Bulls STILL don't do it.
