Charlotte dumps a big contract, gets a young big, and 2nd rd

We pick up Knox or a bridges and we have two SFs to fill our gaping hole

Think they do it?

I don't think they do it. They aren't a big free agent destination and already have Howard. WCS is obviously a bit younger but I don't think Charlotte trades away their chance at Bridges or Sexton to clear cap space + WCS.
