Nice article on Casspi:

Good realistic article and to the point on conditioning and toughness. Omri will be fun to watch and is such a nice guy. He, like Brockman, has a nose for the ball and is a much better leaper than I expected seeing him up close in Summer League. The Sacto ladies will find out real quick about Omri too!!

Its so nice to see Omri working hard to be prepared. This program has worked well for KMart, who is perhaps the most offensively efficient guard in the association.

I don't want to get my hopes to high, but the Kings could be VERY much improved!

okay, i hope he gets minutes to play this season because he has a third of our roster infront of him....

Unless Petrie hires another big man its Hawes, JT & Sean May. That is going to leave minutes for Noc and Donte at the 4. And that gets Omri on the floor. Depending on the match up with the other team Omri could see time at the 4. He is similar in size to Hedo Turkglu and Rashard Lewis.

I think we may end up being very happy with the acquisitions of Sergio, Omri and Tyreke...is it November yet?

I agree with you. Having known how this Kings organization subscribed to that thinking of slowly developing players, Omri will surely get some minutes on the floor - ( GARBAGE TIME MINUTES like Donte Greene last year )

I agree, you can't expect him to play this year significant minutes, but he can be the future

I think the Kings are on a great track to a nice young nucleus…The more I read about this guy, the more I can’t wait to see him on the floor. Hopefully he’ll get some good minutes this year (I don’t know how likely that will be) but I want him to become comfortable on the court.

I love that he’s working with Kevin. Hopefully he’ll get a chance to also work with other dedicated and talented NBA players as years go on. He really seems that he wants it badly and it shows, hopefully his transition to the NBA court will be a smooth one.
