I'm very interested to see how Kevin's offense will be without Brad which limits his scoring off the ball and without John which will space the offense out more hopefully. I just hope Nocioni won't look at his contract and the team and go ALRIGHT IM GONNA BE A SUPERSTAR
C- Booth
PF- Simmons
SF- Greene
SG- BJax
PG- Solomon
I'm calling it. And the #1 pick BTW.
whats funny is that i wanted a lot of these players when they came out of college: gooden, diogu, nocioni after his rookie season, even slightly richard mccants after his championship season. Now, i could really care less, but at least the team is younger and fresher. I was hyped after hearing nocioni's name, but after a lot of people talked him down it almost changed my mind. But im excited to see what he can do, and its cool that we have a lot of good sized guys in the form of athletic power forwards, the kings were lacking in size for a while.
Yeah, I'd probably agree with this one.My guess?
C - Hawes
PF - Thompson
SF - Nocioni
SG - Martin
PG - Udrih
My fear is that Natt gets the crazy idea to put Gooden into the starting lineup when healthy. With a new young PG, I think this could be a good blend of youth/experience.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing Nocioni be a 30 minute guy, putting up 13/6, as long as he plays the SF position and isn't used as a big guy. He can shoot, he's a reasonable capable ball handler and passer, and he has a reputation of being a decent defender.Well Noc can still play and should help give us a little strength at SF rather than all these scrawny guards we've had running around -- think its his contract more thanh his game that has most people worried.
My guess?

hopefully some of these ppl fighting for contracts will actually bring a litte excitement and energy to the games. We had gotten so stagnant in past few games.
