Um...apparently, I finished my bracket up except for making my championship game and winner picks. That was cool, except Cal bit it this afternoon to make my matters worse.

Glad the Zags are back. I have them sticking around for a while and they looked awful for a while. I would like to see Few take the 'Zona job though more than likely he'd go to Oregon when he decides to move on.
Watching this game now also reminds me that the tourney is in Oregon for the first time since it hit prime time (it was in Corvalis in '83 which I believe is the year before it expanded to 64). Tickets were going for over $2000 a pair and that appeared to be on the third level. Is that normal??? I know Sac gets it every 2-3 years it seems. Apparently scalping is actually legal in Oregon which doesn't help the situation.
If its a sunny day on Saturday I may jump on the bus with the baby and go see what its like outside the Rose Garden. Lord knows we can't afford to get in

You could get tickets for all 4 games today in Greensboro for $169 total. Was that a year ago in the ticket lottery or within the last 2 months? I know face value of the tix here was around $175.

well the face value was $169 a while ago. But two of my friends went down there today, they got their tickets on stubhub about two weeks ago for right around $200.
Wow, guess we're just really tourney starved here then!

VCU just has no guard play outside of Maynor. Hopefully Sanders stays out of foul trouble and makes this a good game down the stretch.
My final 4 is UConn vs Kansas and NC vs Nova. UConn and NC in the final with UConn winning it all. Picking Kansas over Louisville is a stretch but i really like this Kansas team. Though about picking Syracuse to get past NC on the way to the final 4 but in the end i decided to only make one risky pick with Kansas.

UCLA is starting to play sloppy, but for a good portion of the game they were playing some of the best basketball Ive seen from them all year.
This really could have been a breakout game for Jrue, He has been getting to the baskett almost at will but just cant come up with the finish, he is still playing pretty well though. I'd keep him on maynor the rest of the game.

I shocked myself on the 1st day with 17 pts and a several way tie for 2nd place. My only 2 losses were teams that I have going out in Round 2, so maybe... It feels good for today. Maybe I won't even watch tomorrow. 
Actually, I thought there were some pretty good picks, so far in the 1st round. Several people got a lot of points considering how many games were played.

Tenn/OK St. even game so far early and I don't know how much longer Stephen F Austin can last against the Orange.
Ok I didn't dig out the rabbit ears so I'm breaking down and watching online. Its the day before spring break here anyway.
