How in the world do you break your hand in shootaround?

Same way as getting a wedged ball off the rim or stretching on an air ball.

My ex fractured her finger by merely bending down and picking a basketball up off the ground so I guess it's possible?

I broke my ring toe fixing a leaking water pipe. Stood up in sandals and the ring toe decided to go the other way. Heard it snap like a pencil.
