[NBA] Comments that don't warrant their own thread (February)

Here's a comment.

The success the Warriors are having, the way in which they play, great spacing, ball movement, playing off their top 2-3 players, set sub patterns, improved defensive rotations, both pisses me off and gives me hope.

Pisses me off as it's in my backyard and their success in comparison to our failure is in my face every day. And this is without Bogut having an impact yet. But, it gives me hope as they were right there with us with poor ownership and Smart as coach, and new ownership came in, revitalized the organization, cleaned house somewhat, made a plan and now have taken off. No reason we can't expect the same if and when the team is bought and kept here and the new owners set out to do the same.

But it aint easy watching this GS success.

They have a tendency to make things look very, very easy. Great coaching, a system implemented and perfected and smart, disciplined players who respect the system. It all equates to yearly 50-win seasons and multiple titles.

I heard Mark Jones praise Patty Mills for making a pocket pass, and my mind immediately jumped to that Uncle Drew commercial, with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.

Watching this game, I get the feeling that while it's entertaining in February, I feel like SA would absolutely crush the Warriors in a 7-game series come playoff time.
