Tari Eason still in my top 3 for ROY this year. Dude just makes an impact on both sides of the ball. Could be Kawhi lite at some point in his career.

Dudes with his athletic profile/measurables and defensive activity rarely fail. We're probably going to be asking "How'd he fall to 17??" in 3 years

I was asking that on draft night.

I was hoping we'd deal Holmes to Charlotte for #15 and change to nab him.

I'm already asking that right now.

It really is as simple as him being a big wing with dominant physical characteristics in a league with very few of that archetype. That was one major reason I wanted Murray>Ivey. You don't find 6'9 dudes with his skill-set very often.

Look at the opportunity KZ is getting because he's a big wing that plays defense with basically no offensive game. It's such a needed asset to win in today's league, Brown is probably going to start him, even though he's been a replacement level player his whole career. If you have a chance to take the archetype, you do it.

Now if Draymond were the 50th overall pick rookie.... would that dude be getting the same treatment?

It's hilarious how every sport just doesn't care what a player does off the court, as long as he's still good at the game.
... which means the Ime Udoka situation is probably much worse than we all thought. If sucker punching your teammate in practice can be forgiven this easily.

I still can’t believe there wasn’t a major injury. Either Green has light hands or Poole has a jaw of steel. The shot looked devastating from a distance

Draymond lunged, Poole rolled some. Less power on the lunge, rolling mitigated some of the impact (like when you twist your ankle in a hoops game and just fall over to lessen the severity).

Dray not even getting any suspensions? whoa. setting a bad precedent here in my view.

Reading tea leaves, the majority of the dubs were behind Dray. Poole has been getting a big head. Not saying they were advocating for Green to punch him, but they def wanted someone to check him.

just read that marvin Bagley will miss 3-4 weeks with a bruised MCL. so basically he is good for 15-25 games a year. Thats it

How do you bruise an MCL? I've never even heard of that.

I am relieved for him. I think he's a classic case of listening to how great he is from those around him and not focusing on his weaknesses. Hopefully the new setting will help him see his path to being a viable NBA player.

Makes me cringe a little when I think back to the summer before his rookie year and he pick himself as the MVP when ask by a reporter
