I mean, there was no three-point shot when Wilt played, so he has a chance. Given that his career high is 62, though, it seems unlikely.

The fact that he did 100 without 3s is unique ....
i saw a video once and it was already at 60 when i relized ''maaan there is not 3s at that time'' ....

Scary Terry Rozier was traded to the Heat for a 2027 1st round draft pick and Kyle Lowry. It's good that he stayed in the East, we will still face him perhaps two more times this season (no idea if the 2 extra matches that we will play vs Suns and Pelicans due to IST means that we will play 2 less matches again other teams) and for a change this seems like a noticeable trade that Kings weren't rumored to be involved.

this is a good get for the Heat to make another push at the Finals, Lowry is about done providing much for a team in this stage

No. The IST means that everybody plays 84 games, instead of 82. That's why every team that didn't advance to the knockout round played that Tuesday, and every team that didn't make it to Vegas played that Thursday (or was it Friday?)

Actually, the full regular season remains at 82 games. Because of the IST, only 80 games were set to start the season and every team played two "flex" games during the IST week whether they made the IST or not. (The championship game does not count towards regular season standings.)

Up until this year, the standard schedule has been as follows:
1a) Home + Away vs each of the 15 teams in the opposite conference (30 games)
2a) H+H+A+A vs each of the 4 teams in division (16 games)
3a) H+H+A+A vs 6 of the in-conference non-division teams (24 games)
4a) H+H+A or H+A+A vs the remaining 4 in-conference non-division teams (12 games)

Because of the IST, the bottom two lines have changed to:
3b) H+H+A+A vs 4 of the in-conference non-division teams (16 games)
4b) H+H+A or H+A+A vs the remaining 6 in-conference non-division teams (18 games)
and we have added
5b) Two flex games during IST week (2 games)

4b) above means that yes, we do play six in-conference teams three times this year, instead of only four last year.
We have three games against UTA, HOU, POR, SAS, MIN, MEM
We have four games against GSW, LAL, OKC, DAL, LAC, DEN
Because of the IST we have five games against NOP, PHO

So we are a bit unlucky to play 1 less match vs Utah, Houston, Portland, San Antonio and Memphis that all have worse record than the Kings, only Minnesota from that group has better.

Wow. If this is the market for sellers, we might be in for a barren trade deadline. Terry has been pretty dang good this year.
His contract is up after this season. The fact that they got a future 1st that conveys to unprotected the following season if the pick doesn't convey is a pretty good return for the hornets versus losing him for nothing.

Got the contract wrong, you are right, that is a very cheap cost for Rozier... He's good!

he’s got 2 years left after this year , one of the years is partially guaranteed but is based on playoff appearance

Um no, Still 82 games, only the final was an added game that doesnt count in the stats.

I stand corrected.

I should have kept my post with the one-word answer of "No," because my only point was that the IST had no impact on how many times y'all will play Miami this season. You'll still play the Heat the same two games you do every other non-shortened season.
