Wouldn't be surprised if we bubble up towards the end of the season before playoffs.
More likely that NBA players get vaccinated before the rest of us and don’t need to bubble up.

The ghost of Christmas past.
I imagined there will be an uproar if they do before the elderly in the general populationMore likely that NBA players get vaccinated before the rest of us and don’t need to bubble up.
There have already been "warnings" about "cutting" in line. But those were more for individuals of the upper class and those statements were more for show than anything else.I imagined there will be an uproar if they do before the elderly in the general population
I'm actually not surprised but doesn't make me happy. Money opens doors. Always has.
Firing Malone still remains the worst decision in 21st century Kings history.

That sounds better but still shows favoritism among who gets it or doesn't. Considering the billions the Government bankrolled into warp speed that shouldn't be. Roll it out according to risk and need not privilege. There is an espn article on the vaccine. NBA said they wont push ahead of essential workers, but players have access to medical people that others dont. If players get a vaccination on their own accord the league wont stop them.

Good for Malone for bringing up the hypocrisy.
I wouldn't think so. China was a market the NBA didn't want to upset. Government could turn spicket off at a whim. Here, this is assumed and expected to be the case, our form of accepted corruption.Remember when Morey spoke out in support of Hong Kong's independence? Though different this could affect Malone in similar fashion.
You mean people with money can buy things others cant? /shockedThat sounds better but still shows favoritism among who gets it or doesn't. Considering the billions the Government bankrolled into warp speed that shouldn't be. Roll it out according to risk and need not privilege.
Sarcasm aside, your post makes my point. It is accepted, right be damned. You mean people with money can buy things others cant? /shocked

well well, looks like they did in fact create vaccines![]()
Still a long way to go on effectiveness. It will be an interesting year ahead.
I mean, if we had kept Malone, skipping Luka wouldn’t even be a thing because we would have been in the playoffs by then.Hiring Vlade and #2 beg to differ, but he’s right up there.
Lots of uncertainty going forward. How long the vaccine will be good for or will it even be necessary in the future....... can go all different ways or simply away.Still a long way to go on effectiveness. It will be an interesting year ahead.
In the alternate universe where we keep Malone, we are at the top of the west contending for championships so we don’t have the Luka/bagley decision. Kinda like a butterfly effect. Also in this universe dmc, IT and Rudy never got hurtHiring Vlade and #2 beg to differ, but he’s right up there.
Beat me to itI mean, if we had kept Malone, skipping Luka wouldn’t even be a thing because we would have been in the playoffs by then.
