more highlights from that S.F. Pro-Am last weekend

All it showed of Donte was dunks.

You can see slightly better footwork in Tyreke's drive to the hoop, but this is against inferior competition. Some of those dribbles would never work against a NBA defender.

Um...people seem not to have noticed Reke's footwork on his drive's leading him to lead all guards in both takes and makes at the rim last year. He led the entire NBA as a rookie. He knows better than anybody in the league how to beat an NBA defender to the hoop.

What of course I would have liked to see is some jumpers, but all Pro Am garbage is just junkball.

The thing that Tyreke needs to improving on regarding his drives to the hoop is avoiding offensive fouls or running into a crowd and then turning the ball over or leading to a last second chuck by another teammate. I wonder what his stats are as far as offensive fouls or TOs per drive to the basket. He uses the euro step too often and defenders have caught on to it and often take the spot away.

Hopefully he can come back with more variety of skills around the basket such as an accurate floater. That did wonders for Tony Parker's career.
