Mock draft 2026

I thought the pick in question was 2030

That's right I forgot about that. I was always figuring they'd give up an earlier pick thinking they'd be better this year which I still think is probably the compromise that would have been reached. Either way, my biggest fear is Perry trading out of picks regardless. Thankfully he's only probably cost them the Spurs pick at this point.

This guy seems to have come out of nowhere. He still isn’t on tankathons mock draft. The highlights look like Luka some.

He was at the combine last year I believe his stick should skyrocket like you said his movements in pick and roll is Luka like and he has the same step back that creates space for three

In a perfect world we trade Sabonis for a top 10 pick this year and leave with Avdalas and one of the top 4 guys

I thought GSW wanted our 27 pick. Nobody except Joe Dumars is giving up picks this year unless they think they can make a finals run.
We’ll probably see some teams trade picks from this year around the trade deadline but those are mostly going to be non-lotto late firsts. A bunch of the most desperate teams (the Mavs for one) can’t move their picks this season thanks to the Stepien rule so that sorta complicates matters

When I said "unless they think they can make a finals run" I was talking about teams with top 5 seeds in each conference secured. Not the Kings sliding into the ten slot.

He was projected to go 2 nd round last year and played well for a middle tier Greek squad in a good league so he's a pro going up against college players.
It's all part of a brand new era in the college game - the kid is only 19, but he's been signed and playing professionally for the last four years. So how do we assess his play against college kids? We haven't really seen this before, because the NCAA wouldn't clear European pros. So this will be interesting - is he a wunderkind or is he just dunking on toddlers? It will be fun to find out.

Yeah it will be. The good thing is he's literally not just dunking on anyone though haha. The physically dominant non-skilled players are always a question mark once the matchups start equaling out at the NBA level. Dribbling, shooting, court vision, etc. tend to translate.

I thought Wilson was the better athlete no?!?
I think they’re slightly different there in that Wilson seems more of a 4/5 physically in the mold (ideally) of KG while Flagg is a bit more of a straight up 4 or 3/4. Flagg’s got better downhill speed but I think Caleb might actually have him beat laterally.

Yeah, there's more weight to Wilsons physicality. Flagg kind of looks like he's walking on air. Just different.

David Mirkovic had a 20/20 game in his college debut I remember the first time I saw him and I thought he was pure trash cause I thought he was 19-21 age range and he was only 16 playing against men. He's kind of like a more physical younger Saric I would say better build for a PF but slow footed It will be interesting to see what scouts think of his NBA chances the extreme slow footed ness at 6*8 is a big concern unless he has a freak wingspan.

Him and the Greek kid seems to be the only ones doing well that I know of from some of the guys that left the ABA where as the likes of Fedor Zugic 22 (been a pro since he was like 13) have been complete flops so far and Filip Jovic has been so so.
