We might have to tweak it to make the salaries work, but what do you guys think of trading Rudy for Markieff Morris?

Suns want him gone, I personally think he's very talented and young. Thoughts?

Rudy for him? he will be attainable for scraps...trust me. He probably needs a change of scenery just like his brother. It will do his psyche some good and probably his game too. He's a serviceable stretch four for someone and the right situation of course.

I get what you're saying here, but this is how you attain an upgrade at talent by passing off players with lesser value. When guys have red flags, it drops they're value. Rondo, for example. Remember when we traded for a disgruntled C-Webb? I think he would be a really nice piece to add, he's still young and has some upside, but of course, you wouldn't want to give up too much.

Maybe something around Mclemore and Butler? How do you send over a trade exception? Salaries don't match up, but they would get someone young and with upside, as well as Caron who may be able to act as a locker room stabilizer. I'd love a young athletic big like that, but not without proper research, of course. I don't recall ever hearing any negative publicity on the twins when they were at Kansas.

Morris is currently shooting 38% from the field, rebounds at the same rate as Gay despite really being more of a tweener PF where Rudy is a natural SF that occasionally plays PF and isn't even a better 3pt shooter.

I just don't see him as an upgrade. I'd rather see WCS getting a lot more minutes at PF. Add in his baggage and it means I don't have any interest.
