If that shot counts, it sets a new precedent for the NBA. Grant is going to talk to him personally. The Orlando announcers said sometimes they allow time for human error! That makes no sense to me since you can not catch and shoot with 0.3 regardless of the accuracy of the timekeeper.

im pretty sure i remember fisher hitting a jumper with .3 to beat the spurs in the playoffs one year.

At 0.3 you can not catch and shoot. Only a tip-in counts. Period. None of the three officials knows the rule???
