League looking at Tape

There won't be. Whatever is said behind closed doors about that call or non-call, nothing will be released to the media that undermines the officials in any way, shape or form. It ain't gonna happen.

The League said it was a clean block yesterday. Koz called and they told him that it was totally clean.

That's the part that bothers me. Of course the block was clean, meaning he didn't touch Brad. The point was that the clean block was irrelevant. It was goal-tending because of where the ball was at that moment in time, not because of whether or not it was a good block.

And of course the league will say it was a good block and, therefore, a good non-call.

I have lost a lot of faith in the head office. I only hope the team owners get together this summer and try to force Stern into some kind of changes. I said the same thing last year, however, and all they did was fire a couple of really BAD officials.

It's over and done so I'm just going to regret that this game I love so well is being bastardized by the guys with the whistles who are, in more than a few cases, making themselves more important than the game. **cough Joe Crawford cough**
