VF, you're getting to be a regular.
I've apparently upset my internal clock. I can't seem to go to sleep at 11 p.m. any longer...
I have to shut down shortly, however. I'm supposed to be going to town early tomorrow. Since I'm going shopping it would probably be a more productive trip if I was actually awake.
Luckily, our first stop once we hit Yuba City is STARBUCKS!!!

I think you misunderstand "shopping" at least where I'm concerned. I hate to just go spend time strolling around stores to see if there's anything I might want to buy. This is a little different.
I live over an hour away from any real civilization. I look forward to my trips to either Yuba City/Marysville or Oroville because there are no real stores up here. There are a few very small markets and a couple of gift/tourist shops, but nothing else. When I say go "shopping," I'm actually saying I'm going to get the supplies I desperately need to continue to exist for another month.
But, after all that, we didn't go this morning. My boss' husband forgot he had ordered the logs that will become our wood for next winter delivered today. He was the one who was going to take me to town, and he has to be there to make sure they don't drop a full trailerload of logs into his driveway.

that sounds like my mom. My dad, on the other hand, ...I like to go shopping with my dad. When ever I say I like something, he always says.."You want it?"
