Sorry, I disagree. In the first OT, Beno did get the Kings in the offense and then when Westphal put back Tyreke in the game, the offense stalled.
Granted Tyreke was the larger problem. But, if you watch again, see how much dribbling Beno does also (in the OT) periods. Neither guy got us into our offense.
I think he will learn it in due time. This will be a bitter loss after the quick jump to start the first OT. Its better to learn now when nothing is really on the line except pride. I can't help but flash back to a young Kobe trying to win games all by himself early in his career (and much laughter at every game losing brick and airball) and hope that Tyreke learns and develops the same way.

I need to perminently remove this game from my memory. I need one of those MIB flash things. Were can I get one of those....
Couldn't agree more. Tough as it is to take this loss, the experience gained in the last two games is invaluable, and more important in the long run than the win. I'm not worried about Reke. Not one bit. Glad the coach has faith in him too.
I'm not glad that Westphal didn't have the juevos to sit his butt on the bench when he started ballhogging. It teaches the Rook a lesson that he can't play like that, and it also probably gives us a W.

Imagine being the 1st place team, and coming to play a team you should walk all over and instead, you have to play doublt OT and rely on the other team's mistakes to win.
I agree that this and the cavs loss don't mean much in the big scheme of things, ONLY if reke learns that him holding the ball killed us at the end of 2 games. It's not about him trying to show up the 2 best players in the league. It's about getting your team a win!
Refs gave the Lakers the game once again. I'm sick of this ****ing bull****.
I mean really?.. why is this **** acceptable? When will this bias *** **** stop?
Gasol didn't just maybe foul Thompson, he ****ing THREW HIM TO THE GROUND! It's unacceptable. Why even watch a game when its ****ing obvious the league wants the Lakers to win?
