PPG 3.5 RPG 2.50 APG 0.8 EFF + 3.75

2.5 rebounds per game. He must have worked on rebounding during the summer...

Jalen Rose says DMC will have a big game and Jon Barry picks Kings to win. Too soon to be jumping on the bandwagon, no? :p

I thought Jalen and Webb had a bit of a falling out during the whole trial hearing.

And Jon doesn't seem as close to the team as other former players (Maybe being booed has a part in it)

I'm probably going to wake up in 4:30 am in the morning to watch this game (if my alarm clock will do its job :D) and cheer out loud and I try not to wake up my roomate :D (he will understand, i hope). After all this declining season i'm really looking forward to see what our young and talented team can really do. And fighting spirit is only thing I expect, as they have shown in the beginning of the season. I remember Barry always riding the Lakers, specifically Kobe's, tail. In any case, nice to get some guys on the Kings side.
 
Lakers on back to back, Gasol and Odom will dominate boards

Thompson will play out of control because he is hyped up about playing Lakers

Greene will rot on Bench, Cousins in early foul trouble, Kobe scores 40

Kings win 112-107

Oh yeah, 40% of Arco will be Lakers fans

Wrong on both counts. Webb and Jalen are still very good friends. In fact, Webber has spoken often of Jalen Rose during his various commentaries.

As far as Jon Barry goes, the whole booing thing is old news to everyone but a few Kings fans with good memories. All those hard feelings were put aside when C-Wevv and Vlade had their jerseys retired. I may be mistaken, but I do believe Jon and Scot actually still spend time in Sacramento on occasion.

Yes but at the same time Jon is a bit less partial to the Kings than, say, Magic to the Lakers (his team-specific homerism is almost as bad as Deion Sanders is with the Cowboys) or even Webb (who does his best to remain impartial but winds up revealing his Kings favoritism one way or the other.

If all of that happens and we still win, Reke will have to have scored 100 points.
 
I'm super amped about this game!!! It's our first national TV game of the year, hopefully many more to come. I just hope for a fun and exciting game, grab rebounds and TRY to contain Gasol because he is just so efficient in scoring. Lamar is dangerous as well, he can rebound the hell outta the ball. I look forward to the Ron vs Reke match up, and Casspi should have a blast guarding Kobe tonight.
 
Why are there Laker fans at Arco? I heard almost as much noise for a Laker bucket as I did for a Kings bucket...
