Kings started another losing streak - 2nd this season by losing to Wolves. Kings dropped to 2-6 which is obviously near to the NBA bottom - right where we need it to be this season. Kings have a 0-5 road record making it the worst in the league with 7 other winless teams in the league right now. In the upcoming 3 home games in the next 5 days Kings will certainly look to get more wins but realistically Knicks are only beatable team right now with Pistons and Suns being out of reach talent wise and chemistry wise.

O.J. lite returning for his annual suspension and the addition of new players as well as players that have been hurt has caused shuffling in the lineup and rotation and immediately after the first game there are issued - not on a scale of any of the infinite levels of Marbury - but enough to possibly ignite a flame of bad attitude that will spread trough a bad losing team without leadership with speed of light. I am not sure on what ground the players are complaining about their status. Obviously, the team is so bad - no of them is a real difference maker. You are 2-6 with the 2 wins that have almost no value considering the opposition. In the 6 losses 5 of them happened in the 1st quarter and the rest was garbage time. For example - while Salmons did well in the first 7 games - his stats came mostly in the garbage time playing opponents 2nd or even 3rd string scrubs. Same goes for any other player on that squad.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
And it is just the beginning. 2 integral parts of "trio fantastico" are going to complain any minute too despite having their best game of the season last night. It is remarkable that despite the fact that KT and SAR didn't play last night - their production didn't suffer. It even improved. Zero is zero but it is still something compared to what they have been giving us. They are "proven" and that is one of the reasons why we don't need them. They have proven over the long period of time that they can't not win if they have a role of any significance.I think that most of us is very tired of watching them proving that night in and out year after year in our uniform.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
It looks like the discipline might be a problem this season. One reason is losing which promotes bad attitude. Other reason is the roster which is built of role players who used to be unhappy on bad teams before, difficult personalities with lot's of issues off the court, young players who missed out on our golden age and the only thing that they can learn from the veterans is losing ans the young coach who has no experience on this level and who is clearly in over his head right now.It is a sensational mixture if You are looking for an atomic explosion with devastating consequences. It is a simple concept. You have a young coach without authority, You have veterans who don't respect him and who publicly or secretly question his authority and You have young player who are seeing all this and probably do the same. What You don't have is leadership, cohesive unit, team spirit, camaraderie. What You have is a bad losing veteran team going nowhere. It took Blazers over 5 years to clean up the mess. Knicks are still stuck in it. This is our 2nd year with no solution in sight.

Coach T is a "green" coach with no authority and that is a problem. I am sure that he isn't one of the great coaches and he might very well never be one. But I am sure that is is a better coach than his team is performing on the defensive end. I am sure that players aren't really listening or trying too hard. Next step for him is to limits minutes, benches etc... and he is trying to do that. He just has to try to pick is battles more carefully. Benching KT, SAR or any of the veterans id fine. No one cares if they are upset because no one realy plans with those characters and whoever does - should get lobotomy. Trying to build authority by "disciplining" Kevin is pretty dumb and it won't end well for him or for us. Sure, Kevin went to Mike Bibby school of defense, he makes some dumb decisions, turns the ball over etc.. but even with all that he is the best Kings player right now that we have playing. He isn't good enough to make a difference between good team and bad team but is is a very good NBA player a while we used to have a team that is full of those - things have changed and now we barely have any. Since I am not aware that Kevin has been subordinate on a higher scale - I really don't see the need for what happened last night. It would suck for coach T to turn into Muss considering that coach T doesn't even use Microsoft

In a close game between 2 horribly bad teams Kings forced Wolves into their first woss of the season. We allowed 53% shooting and we got out rebounded by 15 - end of story. We also took 25 threes making 11 of them which is decent enough. Finally our assists amount 26 exceeded our turnovers 18 which is an improvement. We just couldn't get any stops whatsoever and Walker actually didn;t suck which hurt us.

AWARD TIME
McCants won the TDM award in am impressive performance sponsored by Kings defense
LW-VC award went to Brewer
JHA award went to collective Kings defense
Coach T gets his first career DNC-CD.

Knicks are next and they suck big time. They are 2-5 with 0-3 on the road with many issues around the team and the coaches. They are currently paying over 100 millions $ in buyouts, luxury tax etc... They are currently getting killed night after night on the West coast trip, they are tired and wants to go home and suck privately. As for the game - we will get out rebounded and we have nothing to put against Randolph & Curry. Our best chance is Isaiah Thomas (self explanatory).
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Kevin - Put the name tag on. Maybe that will Get the teammates to pass the ball sometimes
Brad - getting better
O.J. lite - too many turnover
Beno - had a good game
Mikki - 3 rebounds in 28 minutes - statistical error
Cisco - same old
Salmons - pretty much nothing in 27 minutes
Hawes - solid
Douby - not much
rest - mateen
Coach T - please save us from 7p plays after the last timeouts when the game is already over.

Knicks are a bad team with a really good front line which will cause us a world of trouble. They haven't won on the road - yet. They have more talent than their record or level of play shows. Curry and Randolph will have a field day and they will well exceed their combined average of around 40pts per game. If Marbury brings them on another level - they might be a hard opponent to beat. TDM will go to David Lee. LW-VC award will go to QRich. Other award will be handed out as needed. Looks like a lin
