He comes from his dad (who descended from John Wooden and Jack Ramsay), Lute Olson and Phil Jackson. Quite the pedigree for such a mediocre coach. Maybe he'll put it all together one day.I get it but Ty seems to respect and trust in his basketball knowledge.
Aww... that message plus your sad chicken avatar makes me sad nowBlowouts are more fun in the regular season.
Is Lou King one of our two-way?
He also called himself "a big guard."
He knows Monte’s type
I guess he‘s not competing for wing minutes then lol
Bibby looks like he’s one accidental clench from tearing Bobby’s shoulder off.
I want to know who the cable guy was at Ms. Antetokonmpou's home some 27 years ago. He doesn't look like his brothers as much as the three others do. Did Wilt visit Greece during his later years by any chance?Alex Antetokounmpo is 6’8” and looks tiny next to Giannis

Imagine being 6'8 with a 7'2 wingspan and getting picked on as the "runt" of the family. lol

Bobby Jackson has my vote. Still my favourite player from his Kings playing days. Remember the 2001 game against Tracy McGrady and Orlando well.Is Bobby Jackson > Luke Walton?

Getting back to the game. This team gets after it and is fun to watch. Kudos to Bobby J for coaching and Monte for his ability to find guys. It’s just summer league but Metu and King give some hope.
I think going from Walton to Christie is a plus on the personality part. DC sounds like a leader and his energy could be contagious. Surround him with vet help. And I’m not opposed to Jackson being part of the staff. Like, I don’t think those 2 guys would accept less than honest effort on the defensive side.I'm not really a proponent of the small market strategy of juicing fan excitement by bringing back former players to occupy important positions on the bench and in the front office. But apart from the occasional glimmer of hope, Luke Walton has mostly been a big fat minus as head coach. Considering the Kings' best three young talents are all guards and that defense has been the team's most obvious weakness for over a decade, it could be an interesting experiment to promote Doug Christie mid-season after Walton inevitably struggles to stay within a few games of .500. And I wouldn't be opposed to adding Bobby Jackson to a hypothetical Christie-led coaching staff. If it works out, great. If not, I'd love it if the King's poached Kenny Atkinson from the Clippers' bench.
