In true Luke fashion, when the time comes to draw up a play after his team bails his ass out, he draws up a weird formation where the only guy in any position to catch the ball is the dude at the worst possible angle for a pass.
Thank you, Vlade!
Thank you, Monte McNair!

I think this is how the season is going to go for a lot of franchises. The West is heavy on competitive squads that could be good this year and light on dominant teams. I suspect a fair amount of the season will be a yo yo.

The thing with the Kings is we discover a new problem every game: Fox struggles, team can't buy a bucket, laughable defense, poor rebounding, lazy passes/turnovers. We plug one hole and another pops up. It would be nice if we could narrow it down a bit.

Also question the wisdom of going for two when you’re down three with 7 Seconds left. Best case scenario, you’re down by one with like five seconds left.

He was throwing it to where Metu was supposed to go. Metu tried looping back in towards the in-bounds like he was going to set a secondary screen or something.
yes Metu was wide open and moved after Fox was late. Im wondering wtf was Fox looking for if the play was designed for Metu and he was wide open.

A shot that would actually make sense for the situation (a three) probably.

If you are playing whack-a-mole with issues then you don't know what you are doing. Taking one step forward and two step backs is a result of not being able to build upon things what work and improve on pending issues. Any guesses who can help with that?

On a dunk you run no time of the clock and if they have to cover the whole floor you have more options on the next inbound play. It’s a reasonable option if your point guard can throw a lob.

but the play was designed for Metu.
And it shouldn’t have been.
im guessing that Fox saw Booker curl off Metu and right into his passing pocket and that’s what pushed the timing off. We’ve seen Tyrese get steals doing the exact same thing before.

We missed his passing on that play
