i knew that luke's 8 man rotation will bite in the a$$ sooner or later
I'm not a Bagley fan, I'm a realist. Bagley is a upgrade over harkless period. On top of that he's still on the team and we are still paying him. And here is the best part, if he plays good we can acually get a player you won't hate on. Right now, playing harkless who has no future over Bagley who we may get something in return makes zero cents for a team like kings who need to squeeze out all the talent we can to compete
"DNP-CD"I'd love one piece of statistical evidence that Marvin Bagley contributes to winning basketball. Literally just one.
How are you not putting this on Luke? Not even a little? We played musical chairs with players at most crucial part of the game, set up terrible last minute plays, I mean what was that ending about? Kings players didn't play well, but there is def se blame that luke can and should take
Who's Mr. Sensitive now? You're actually hillarious, can't believe Bagley stans still exist.
Literally no one thinks Harkless is more than a 8-9 man off the bench who should be like a 12-15 MPG defensive guy. The sad reality is he's forced into a big role BECAUSE of how inept Bagley is at playing basketball. That's the problem.

Winning basketball? No kings player on the court since 2004 has earned the (Winning Basketball Title). Name me a player on the Kings that's a winner? We haven't made playoffs since I was in high-school. That argument is garbage. He doesn't lose us the game anymore than anyone else. Are Winning percentage when he plays doesn't drop off.I'd love one piece of statistical evidence that Marvin Bagley contributes to winning basketball. Literally just one.

Then cut him right? Cut him and keep it moving. Except we are not doing that, he's one of the top paid players on the team. So play him, or trade him.except he isn’t, fit-wise. His anti-defense is oil and water combo next to Holmes. It’s a wide open funnel to the hoop with zero protection. It doesn’t work and it won’t ever work.
I’d love to see Metu get some run though.
Or he could just try playing King, who also does all of the above.Talent for talent for sure. The issue is still that Barnes would have to go back to SF where he goes from stud to good.
They can find a decent wing somewhere. I brought it up earlier. Jeremy Lamb on the Pacers would fit right in. He comes from that UCONN system which Walton would love. The Pacers run a lot of the same motion screen sets for him off the ball that he tries to run for Harkless. Lamb also can run pick and roll so teams couldn't just sit their liability on him.

I think Barnes will be Barnes no mater if it's at pf or sf. And having a good sf and average pf may be better option than a bad sf and above average pf. JsTalent for talent for sure. The issue is still that Barnes would have to go back to SF where he goes from stud to good.

Forget about Bagley put Metu in. The point I'm saying is Harkless SUCKS!

My point is that argument makes no sense. Winning basketball takes a team effort and a built culture. He's not pouting on the sidelines and his attitude is positive (right now) skip Bagley play someone else other than Harkless periodOk good. My point exactly. You can't.
LOL
Truth though, the time has clearly come and gone, but if they had ever actually tried him at center in pick and roll with Fox, that was the one shot of a having a true 1-2 star combo. Bagley IS capable of dominating in iso once going. That can't be said for anyone outside of Fox. Buddy can get his shot off, but not a true dominator by any stretch.

His value is only that his contract is ending? You know we had trade offers over the offseason for this guy right? Why would you cut a guy who’s value is an ending contract in only a few short months?

I actually agree that Bagley at the C role offensively could have been fine. He's had several dominant performances throughout his career in that slot. The issue is he's so far gone on defense that him at the 5 would preclude us from ever having an even average defense.

You want me to name his offers? Lol am I Bagley's agent? His actual agent said this and kings didn't deny it. So I'll take the experts on this one buddy.Name each of them.
Fox shouldn't be the one shooting the crucial shots when he's struggling. It's just dumb coaching. I like the sub of Hield for offense and Mitchell for defense though. But Fox should not be shooting the ball, period when he's not been making them. This loss is on Fox imo.
