But then he gets the mysterious "back soreness" on the All Star break, which just happened to coincide with the post-Sabonis trade. And when his back got better, presumably, he's now out for "personal reasons"? But he's at the game??? WTF! Is he going to be out for "personal reasons" for the rest of the season, while he enjoys spectating at Kings game from the stands? Is he still getting paid or what? Are the Kings running a professional basketball team or a baby-sitting venture?

Not entirely sure, but I don't think telling a dude to "suck it up, stop being a baby" is the right approach to a guy going through mental struggles after the death of a close family member.
