Knicks 1/9 3s 1Q , 6/10 2nd
Brunson outplaying Fox (that chose to guard him at certain moments and he hit some wild shots), DDV outplaying Monk in the battle of 0s.
Let's see if Keon will start 2nd half against Huerter that can't get anything done tonight in any side of the court.
Knicks are used to keep their starters for 40+ minutes on the floor.

Kings have held their own on the boards better than I expected. They were winning them most of the half, but they aren’t going to win if 3/5 of their starting lineup isn’t contributing offensively.

Keegan is bricking wide open shots.

Huerter doesn’t look like he should be in the game at all

and I can’t believe that HB somehow played 18 minutes in that half. He was noticeable for maybe 8 of those minutes.

We need Fox and Monk to attack more in the second half. To score. Not to make bad passes after they leave their feet.

Domas has been very good. Thought they would br able to disrupt him more than they have but lucky for us because this game would be lost if not for Domas

I’d consider having Keegan guard Brunson for a lot of the second half. Don’t want Fox spending too much energy on him and Keegan has shown he can hamper a lot of star guards this season.
Yup. The key is to not fall for Brunson’s shot fakes and flopping. He also pushes off a lot with his off arm, but whatever.

Only down five despite being outshot 50% to 39%
It' only 5, but if the kings aren't careful it could ballon up to a 10 point lead. With a slow pace game like this a 10 point lead will feel like a 15-20 point lead. Hopefully the kings can keep it around close at 5 point, but at 10 or more i'm not too optimistic of kings chances of winning.

Brown will probably use Keegan and HB a lot more now that Lyles is not available.

Fox is settling a lot more than I’d like but i did like seeing him attack more at the end of the half. Monk going 1 on 1 ain’t gonna win this game, though i love him dearly. If he isn’t going to be decisive, give it to our actual PG.

We also waste a lot of seconds with Sabonis at the top of the key desperately trying to help Huerter get open with that DHO. We need to have more staggered screens or something creative to get him open when he’s in the game cuz that ain’t cutting it.
