[Game] Kings vs Jazz 11/16/2024, 7pm PST 10pm EST

I just got done watching the game for a second time. You are right about the movement, he was just standing around. Kev on the other hand was darting around screens and cutting, got some shot opportunities as a result. As far as going one on one, he has enough handle to do it but he has to be decisive. I counted 3 times where he made a move and then needed to either drive to the basket or pull up and shoot. He instead put himself in awkward situations where he had to pass out or hesitated. He got stripped on one iso attempt from behind but that happens. Noticeably frustrated after Lauri banked that three in and had a cheap foul a couple plays after.

Be decisive, let it fly, move and cut hard. Had he done that he probably would have had 5-7 more shot attempt which still would have been low but fit within the offense given Trey, Fox and Kev had it going.
He rarely moved! He hid in the corner. Run that man off some screens. Our offense was non existent last night. I like free flowing when you have multiple on ball creators. When you only have 1, run some plays. Set some screens.

agreed, and this is yet another reason they need to reduce his minutes some. Can’t play 40 minutes every night and have the energy to defense the best player and cut and move all night. The good news is Trey has found his legs so once our 3 guys get back we should be able to reduce Keegan’s minutes some. If either ORob or Isaac are for real our depth really improves

What the hell is up with that guy? He’s been such a grumpy hater lol did Mike Brown turn down his application to be an assistant or something
You got me. My wife asked the same thing.

This is far from the first time I've heard this negative crap from him wrt the KINGS. I don't even watch that show all that often, so I'm sure I've probably missed a lot more.

All I know is Sam Mitchell wasn't all that great of a player, or a head coach, and he is an AWFUL analyst. Perhaps he is just bitter about that reality?

It does drive me crazy that someone like him can be collecting a decent paycheck from the NBA despite being so bad at the job.
