Kings vs Hawks - Summer League Game 5

i think everyone should really just wait for the regular season before they start to say Ben is a bust. playing on an awful summer league roster is really not going to make his style of play look good. we are seeing this flashes where we see how good he can play.
 
There's the burst that Bricklayer likes to say.... from Ben. When he gets it going he can fill it up. It's there man. It's there. Its just going to take time for consistency.

Coaching is going to be so key for him. Everyone says he is streaky, will we give him enough shots to get hot? Will IT, Cousins, MT take most of the shots leaving him with only a handful of attempts a game? Gonna be fun to see how it plays out.

There is a mile of road between being discouraged at his play and calling him a bust. I don't think anyone thinks he is a bust but there are a lot of people crossing their fingers.
 
He's missed plenty of open looks-enough to give us pause, regardless of the quality of his teammates. This third quarter has certainly been good. Let's see if it's the "light switch" moment. Unfortunately, we're out of games to see if it continues.

Oh you mean our "bigs" (I use that term very liberally) aren't helping McLemore showcase his talent?

i totally understand that, but there has been people saying he is just another T-Rob and he sucks and he wouldn't even do good in the D-League

Let's hope he bottles this and unleashes it more often :-D
 
Ive seen several players I'd love to see more of. Might be nice to park them in Reno for future use. :)
