Depends on your definition of "full time." She's not part of ESPN's "A-Team," for whatever reason, but when they have 3+ games, like they did on Christmas, she's usually on the call.

If you're referring specifically to local coverage then, no, no NBA team has a female commentator as part of their regular local coverage.
